The order and payment were suspended because of problems with the payment method, but providing another payment method can reopen the order. The order is closed with no payment made. Your search results will appear in a list below the search box. Enter your search terms in this box and click Search Orders. Just above your list of previous orders, you’ll see a search box. ![]() The order is closed and payments are complete. To search your Amazon order history, open Amazon on the web and click Orders in the top right corner. The order is closed but additional charges are possible (for example, for multi-item orders and additional shipping charges). ![]() Payment is completed, but the order remains open until no more charges are possible. The order is open because payment is pending. Tip: The order history shows purchases made in the past 6 months by default. Use the information below to understand the order status. In Your Account window, under Order History, click Your Orders. Go to Amazon Pay, click Sign in, and select Check your Amazon Pay orders. The Account Activity page and the View Order Details page might each show a different status for an order. To see more details of a specific order, including merchant contact information, click Details.Click on the 'Returns & Orders' button to access detail of past. Go to Amazon Pay, click Sign in, and select Check your Amazon Pay orders. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click on the 'Returns & Orders' button to be taken to your order summary page.You can review all transactions made after August 2017 (although some earlier transactions might also appear).
